How to take MelatoZinc (Melatonin and Zinc)?

It is recommended to take the capsule preferably 1 or 2 hours before bed. It is also recommended to take the capsule at the same time of day

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended dose. Not recommended during pregnancy, lactation or in children under 3 years.
