How to take Nocta + Melatonin?

It is recommended 2 tablets a day to be taken with a glass of water before going to bed.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosis. It does not replace a balanced, varied and diversified diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of the reach of children. Consult your doctor in case of simultaneous intake of prolonged treatments or chronic diseases. Contraindicated in children under 12 years of age and in pregnant women. Its use is not recommended in pregnant and lactating women, as well as in people on antidepressant treatment.

Composition of Nocta + Melatonin

Calcium citrate; eschscholtzia* (Eschscholtzia californica) aerial parts extract, griffonia* (Griffonia simplicifolia) seed extract, valerian* (Valeriana officinalis) root extract, dried rice syrup*, anti-caking agents: magnesium carbonate, talc, oil sunflower*, melatonin.

For 2 tablets: Eschscholtzia (200 mg), Griffonia (200 mg) of which L-5-HTP (60 mg), Valerian (200 mg), Melatonin (1.80 mg).
