How to take Pure melatonin spray?
It is advisable to apply 1 to 2 sprays a day, under the tongue. A nebulization provides approx 0.5 mg of Melotonin. The sublingual spray formulation is practical, easy to dose and guarantees rapid assimilation. The beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg to be taken shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel, and a few days after arrival at the destination.
Precautions
Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect. Keep out of reach of children under three years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be considered substitutes for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Its use is not recommended during pregnancy and/or lactation.
