Description

Soñodina Kids (drops) is a food supplement based on melatonin. Melatonin helps to decrease the time needed to fall asleep (the beneficial effect is obtained with the intake of 1 mg of melatonin). Melatonin helps to alleviate the subjective sensation of jet lag (the beneficial effect is obtained with a minimum intake of 0.5 mg of melatonin).

Properties and benefits of Soñodina Kids (drops)

Melatonin: is a hormone that is synthesized in the pineal gland of our brain from the amino acid tryptophan. The amount of melatonin changes throughout the day, since it varies depending on the ambient light. Melatonin secretion takes place during the night, preparing the body to initiate sleep and is closely related to sleep patterns.

Vitamin B6: is a water-soluble vitamin that contributes to the normal functioning of the immune system.

How to take Soñodina Kids (drops)?

Take 3 drops diluted in half a glass of water before going to sleep.

Storage conditions

Water, thickener: glycerin; melatonin; Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Flavouring, Preservative: Potassium Sorbate; acidity regulator: citric acid; sweetener: sucralose.

Melatonin: 1 mg (per daily dose: 3 drops).

Vitamin B6: 0.42 mg (per daily dose: 3 drops).
