Description
Tryptophan is a food supplement made from Tryptophan, Magnesium, Spirulina, Vitamins and Melatonin.
How to take tryptophan?
Take 1 tablet a day at breakfast.
Precautions

Anti-caking Agents (Cellulose, Calcium Phosphates, Magnesium Salts of Fatty Acids and Silicon Oxide), L-Tryptophan, Magnesium (Magnesium Oxide), Spirulina Algae Powder (Spirulina platensis), Hardener (Fatty Acid Monoglycerides), Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide ), Vitamin B5 (Calcium D-Pantothenate), Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride), Melatonin powder.
For 1 tablet:
L-Tryptophan 285 mg, Magnesium 120 mg, Spirulina 39 mg, Vitamin B3 4.0 mg, Vitamin B5 1.4 mg, Vitamin B6 0.6 mg, Melatonin 0.5 mg.
