Both the FFA and the omega 3 fatty acids contained in ActiveComplex Omega Essential are in the form of free fatty acids. ActiveComplex Omega Essential capsules are soft and easy to swallow, and thanks to their content of free fatty acids they have good bioavailability in the body.

How to take Activecomplex Omega Essential?

It is recommended to take 2-4 capsules a day, preferably with meals.
