Properties and benefits of Curcumin complex

EPA and DHA contribute to the maintenance of normal triglyceride levels. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 g without exceeding a daily intake of 5 g of EPA and DHA combined.

How to take Curcumin complex?

It is recommended to take 1 pearl a day, preferably with food, or as directed by your health professional.

Per 1 pearl: Omega-3 (500 mg) that provides EPA ((290 mg) and DHA (190 mg), Liposomal Turmeric Extract (LSL Curcumin) (500 mg) that provides Curcuminoids (35 mg) of which 78 % are curcumin.
