It is recommended to take 2 pearls a day, divided into two doses.

Composition of Omega 369 100 Pearls

First cold-pressed evening primrose oil (10% GLA)(332 mg), Oily fish oil (18% EPA, 12% DHA) (332 mg), First cold-pressed linseed oil (65% ALA)( 332 mg), D-alpha tocopherol (vitamin E). Capsule: glazing agent (Gelatin), Humectant (Glycerin (E 422)).
