1 to 3 tablespoons for dessert or as recommended by the health professional.
Composition of Stress Complex
Fish oil from wild sardines and anchovies, highly refined, 100% purified and deodorized, high in EPA and DHA, with extract of Schisandra chinensis and vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol). Antioxidants: rosemary extract, extract rich in tocopherols and ascorbyl palmitate.
1 dessert spoon (5 ml) a day provides:
• 1,315 mg of Omega-3, of which 690 mg of EPA and 435 mg of DHA.
• 200 mg of Schisandra chinensis fruit extract.
• 5 mcg of Vitamin D3 (100% NRV).
