Active ingredients of VitaDHA Brain

  • Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA): is the main omega-3 fatty acid contained in the retinal photoreceptors and nervous structures. A daily intake of 250 mg of DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain and vision function.
  • Choline: it is an essential nutrient for our body. Like phosphatidylcholine, it enters the composition of cell membranes but is also involved in the process of transmission of nerve impulses.
  • Vitamin D3: is a lipophilic compound essential in calcium and phosphate homeostasis. In children, vitamin D is necessary for bone growth and development. Vitamin D also helps regulate the functioning of the immune system and maintain healthy teeth.
  • B Complex: is a group of vitamins essential to nourish the brain, obtain optimal performance and promote cellular integrity and nerve cell function.
  • Niacin (B3), vitamin B6, biotin (B8) and vitamin B12 contribute to maintaining the normal functioning of the nervous system.
