Jamieson Omega 3 is a food supplement based on omega-3 fatty acids.

Contains essential fatty acids derived from small oily fish such as anchovies, sardines and mackerel. Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA). It contributes to maintaining the brain and vision in normal conditions.

Eicosapentaenoic (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acids contribute to the normal functioning of the heart (This beneficial effect is achieved with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA).
