Description
LT Labo's Vitalflax is a food supplement formulated with linseed oil, one of the best vegetable sources of omega 3. It contains 45% alpha-linolenic acid (ALA), essential fatty acid precursor EPA and DHA. Omega 3s are essential constituents of the brain; they play an important role for emotional balance and cognitive abilities.
Properties and benefits of Vitalflax
Essential fatty acids are necessary for normal growth and cognitive development in children. These beneficial effects are obtained with a dose of 2000 mg / day of ALA.
Vitamin E helps protect essential fatty acids from oxidation, preserves their freshness and their optimal biological activity.
How to take Vitalflax?
It is advisable to take in adults: 2 to 4 capsules per day, with a glass of water. In children 12 to 18 years old: 2 capsules per day. In children 6 to 12 years old: 1 capsule per day. For young children, pierce the soft capsules and mix the oil with a yogurt.
Precautions
