Properties and benefits of Gaba

GABA (Gamma Aminobutyric Acid) is a compound found naturally in our body, being the main inhibitory neurotransmitter of the central nervous system, it has an anxiolytic, calming and sedative effect.

This formula was enriched with Magnesium and Vitamin B6, two essential nutrients for the proper functioning of the nervous system and to maximize the action of GABA.

How to take Gaba?

It is recommended to take outside meals.

Precautions

Not recommended:

During pregnancy and lactation
In case of allergy to any of the components
If you have Prader-Willi Syndrome, Angelman Syndrome, Encephalopathy caused by liver disease and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder
Due to its sedative effect, very high doses can cause drowsiness.

GABA (y-aminobutyric acid), magnesium oxide, vegetable capsule (hypromellose), bulking agent (microcrystalline cellulose), pyridoxine hydrochloride, anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
