Calcium (calcium carbonate from Atlantic seaweed, Aquamin) (500 mg), Magnesium (as bisglycinate) (175 mg), Potassium (as potassium chloride) (99 mg), Zinc (as zinc bisglycinate) (15 mg), Iron (as ferrous fumarate) (6 mg), Copper (as copper lysinate) (1 mg), Manganese (as manganese bisglycinate) (5 mg), Iodine (from Kelp) (75 mcg), Boron (as borate from sodium) (2 mg), Chromium (as chromium picolinate) (75 mcg), Selenium (as selenium-L-methionine) (50 mcg), Molybdenum (as ammonium molybdate) (60 mcg), MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane) ( 100 mg), Bamboo (Bambusa arundinacea) tabashir extract, standardized to a minimum of 75% silica (80 mg), L-glutamic acid (50 mg).
