Calcium Carbonate, Magnesium Oxide, Zinc Citrate, L-Selenomethionine, Glazing Agent (Hypromellose, Glycerin, Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), Iron Fumarate, Manganese Citrate, Anti-caking Agent (Magnesium Stearate), Sodium Borate, Copper Citrate, Bulking Agent (Cellulose), Chromium Picolinate, Sodium Molybdate, Potassium Iodide.

For 1 tablet:
Calcium (500 mg), Magnesium (250 mg), Zinc (15 mg), Iron (8 mg), Manganese (4 mg), Copper (1 mg), Molybdenum (200 mcg), Iodine (150 mcg), Selenium ( 200 mcg), Chromium (200 mcg), Boron (1 mg).
