How to take Drinkable silicon?
It is advisable to take 1 measuring cap of 20 ml per day, in the morning, on an empty stomach, throughout the year. As an energizing cure, take: 2 measuring caps of 20 ml per day, in the morning on an empty stomach, for at least 1 month. As an attack cure, take: 3 measuring capsules of 20 ml (2 in the morning on an empty stomach and 1 in the evening before food), for 1 month. Then, over the next month, take 2 measuring caps of 20 ml, in the morning on an empty stomach.
