Properties and benefits of Zinc

A deficiency of zinc causes lesions in the skin, hair and nails (since it is necessary for the formation of keratin), abnormalities in the reproductive organs, gastrointestinal disorders, delayed growth of children, and so on. A zinc deficiency may be due to: unbalanced diets, the intake of substances that interfere with its absorption such as: phytates, fiber, calcium, iron, copper, milk and tannins.

How to take Zinc?

It is recommended to take 1 tablet a day.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. It should not be consumed by pregnant women.

Storage conditions

Keep in a cool and dry place.

Bamboo fiber (Bambusa bambos L., stem), bulking agent: calcium phosphate (E 341), maltodextrin, zinc gluconate, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (E 470b).
