Properties and benefits of Germ-Yeast-Lecithin-Pollen

It can be used in different recipes to combat constipation and fatigue. Soy Lecithin is a complex of phospholipids obtained from soybeans. It is very rich in Vitamin E, Vitamin C and Group B Vitamins. Pollen is produced by flowers, it is collected by bees that transport it to the hive. It is a great source of vitamins and minerals, and very rich in carbohydrates. Brewer's yeast has great nutritional value. It contains carbohydrates, proteins (which includes essential amino acids), minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, selenium, chromium, sodium, iron, zinc, magnesium, and vitamins B1, B2, B3, B5, B6, B9, biotin, and dietary fiber. The germ is the part of the wheat grain that contains the most nutritional properties, it is the richest natural source of Vitamin E.

How to take Germ-Yeast-Lecithin-Pollen?

It is recommended to add 1 or 2 spoons in your salads, yogurts, broths and juices.
