How to take Gheos Pause?

Take 2 to 5 tablets a day during or after the main meals.

Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; potassium citrate, calcium citrate tribasic, magnesium citrate, Dioscorea (Dioscorea villosa L., rhizome) is tit. 16% in diosgenin, Red Clover (Trifolium Pratense L., flowering aerial part is tit. 8% in Isoflavones, Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis Diels., root) is tit. 1% in Ligustilide, Sauzgatillo (Vitex agnus-castus L., fruits) is tit 0.5 in Agnuside, phosphatyldiserin (derived from soy), zinc gluconate, Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Cimicifuga (Cimicifuga racemosa Nutt., rhizome) is tit 2.5% in triterpenes, anti-caking agents: silicon dioxide and vegetable magnesium stearate, iron gluconate, L-Selenomethionine, Vitamin D3 (Colecalciferol).
