Properties and benefits of Ovusitol

Helps regulate menstrual cycles and improves fertility. It manages to improve ovulation and thereby increase the chances of conceiving.

Inositol is a natural compound that belongs to the B vitamin complex. It is present in a variety of foods such as cereals with a high bran content, nuts, meats, fruits, and vegetables.

In the body, inositol is part of structural components.
