Description

5HTP is an amino acid precursor to serotonin and manufactured by the body from tryptophan. It increases the release of serotonin ("hormone of good humor") so it is used as an antidepressant, appetite suppressant and regulator of rest, improving the quality of sleep.

Composition of Tryptophan 5htp

Griffonia simplicifolia extract ( 20% 5HTP ), coating agent (capsule): cellulose, Ltryptophan, magnesium bisglycinate, anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (E 470b), pyridoxine HCl (vitamin B6) and D-Biotin.

For 3 capsules:
Griffonia simplicifolia (1000 mg) of which 5-HTP (200 mg), L-tryptophan (300 mg), Vitamin B6 (1.4 mg), Biotin (50 mcg), Magnesium (57 mg).
