Description

STC Nutrition's VO2 Max is a preparation for a High Performance energy drink for long-lasting efforts which contains a formula specially developed for intense efforts: carbohydrates with progressive assimilation (energy), electrolytes (hydration), vitamins B1, B3, B5 , B6 (energy metabolism) and vitamins C, B2, B9, B12 (fatigue reduction).

Properties and benefits of VO2 Max

To maximize the digestibility and absorption of amino acids provided by the whey isolate, STC Nutrition has developed Aminolise®: an exclusive combination of active ingredients containing prebiotic fibers and digestive enzymes of plant origin which allows a better assimilation of amino acids to the muscles.

How to take VO2 Max?

It is advisable to dilute 2 measuring spoons (35 g) in 500 ml of water to reconstitute an isotonic drink. The dilution can be adapted to the ambient temperature: if -10 ° C, dilute 35 g in 400 ml (slightly hypertonic drink); if + 25 ° C, dilute 35 g in 750 ml (hypotonic drink). Shake until complete dissolution, then consume during exercise in small sips every 10-15 minutes at a rate of approximately 500 ml per hour of exercise, then 500 ml immediately at the end of the test.
