Description

MicoVital Reishi is a food supplement based on the extract of the reishi mushroom (Ganoderma lucidum), of which the fruiting body is used exclusively.

Properties and benefits of MicoVital Reishi

It contains more than 400 active substances, including beta-glucans and triterpenes such as ganoderic acid, lucidones and lucidenic acid, which contribute to natural immune defenses. In addition, reishi has traditionally been used to promote rest.

For the extract, an exclusive cultivation method is used in the form of an antler, on birch bark, which maximizes the surface of the fruiting body and, therefore, its yield. The extraction is carried out by ultrasound (UAE), with hot water and alcohol. With this innovative extraction method we are able to maximize the bioavailability of the compounds of interest found in reishi.

The product is available in bottles with the liquid extract, which contains only reishi in a convenient presentation: a 50 ml bottle. It can be taken by adding it to coffee, tea or smoothies, or directly sublingually.

What are medicinal mushrooms?

Although until a few years ago fungi were classified as vegetables, today they are considered to constitute an independent kingdom of equal rank to animals and plants. By having a high nutritional profile of proteins, micronutrients and important bioactive compounds, they are an important nutritional tool to take care of our health.

They represent an important source of biologically active polysaccharides in fruiting bodies or sterile heads in some cases. Most of these polysaccharides belong to the group of beta-glucans; these have beta-(1—>3) linkages in the glucan backbone and additional beta-(1—>6) branch points that are responsible for the properties of these medicinal mushrooms.

Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is possibly the best-known medicinal mushroom today, although it has been used for over 2,000 years.

Also known as lingzhi in Chinese, it is a revered mushroom in Asia that has balancing properties for body and spirit. In Spain we know it as "pipa" because of its characteristic shape, it has an intense and brilliant tone that can range from red to mahogany through orange tones. Although it is edible, it offers a bitter taste and a leathery texture.

How to take MicoVital Reishi?

2 pipettes (2ml) per day or according to the recommendation of an expert.

You can incorporate MicoVital Reishi into your nightly routine, one hour before going to sleep.

Use sublingually by placing it under the tongue and swallow, or add to a drink.

We recommend taking a week off after every 3 months of use.
