How to take Glisodin skin glow?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, preferably in the morning with a glass of water.

Excipients:

GliSODin (500 mg), Melon fruit extract (6.65 mg) including superoxide dismutase (500 IU), Borage seed oil (1000 mg) including GLA (gamma linolenic acid)(178 mg), Berry extract Acerola (Malpighia punicifolia)(250 mg) which includes vitamin C (63 mg), Tomato fruit extract (Lycopersicon esculentum)(100 mg) which includes lycopene (6.0 mg), Orange fruit pericarp extract ( Citrus sinensis)(52 mg) which includes hesperidin (46 mg), Melissa leaf extract (Melissa officinalis)(100 mg), Coenzyme Q10 (Ubiquinone)(30 mg), Vitamin D (Cholecalciferol)(5.0 mcg), Vitamin E (D-alpha tocopherol)(12 mg), Selenium (L-selenomethionine)(28 mcg).
