African Mango from Sotya is a food supplement that acts on fat metabolism and appetite.

Properties and benefits of African Mango

The African mango is a fruit from West Africa. Studies indicate that its seed extract could have the ability to inhibit fat production through certain effects on hormones that regulate metabolism. It acts directly on fat metabolism and appetite through the control of the secretion of a hormone called “leptin”, responsible for the feeling of fullness after eating. This hormone is secreted by adipocytes when fat reserves increase; it acts on the hypothalamus, which regulates the feeling of satiety. Of course, other hormones affect the regulation of appetite, but the studies carried out so far indicate that in a high percentage, this hormone plays a leading role.
Additionally, studies indicate that it reduces blood cholesterol and triglyceride levels, and lowers blood pressure.

How to take African Mango?

It is recommended to take before each meal

Composition of African Mango

African mango extract (Irvingia gabonensis, fruit), stabilizer: microcrystalline cellulose (E 460), coating agent (capsule): cellulose. Anti-caking agents: silica (E 551) and magnesium stearate (E 470b).

For 3 capsules: African mango extract 750 mg.
