Description
Aloe vera is a plant with fleshy and spiny leaves that grows in desert climates such as the southern United States and Mexico. The active principles are polysaccharides and anthraquinones (aloin, alanosides and aloe-emodol), to which it owes its properties.
Properties and benefits of Aloe vera drink
In low doses of one to two tablespoons, aloe vera acts on the stomach and cholagogue. In average doses of three to four tablespoons, it is a laxative that acts on the large intestine. And in high doses, aloe vera is a purgative.
How to take Aloe vera drink?
It is recommended to take 15 to 30ml two or three times a day.
Precautions
Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids.
Storage conditions
Once opened keep refrigerated.

Water, aloe vera juice (Aloe vera L. Burm.f, latex), aloe vera extract (Aloe vera L. Burm.f, latex), acidifier: citric acid (E 330), preservatives: potassium sorbate (E 202 ) and sodium benzoate (E 211).
