Trepadiet Artichoke Max is a plant of the Asteraceae family, cultivated in Italy and in other Mediterranean countries for food or healing use. It is a perennial herbaceous plant that in some cases can reach 1 meter and a half in height. The stem of the plant is short, while the flower stem is robust, cylindrical and fleshy. The ends of the leaves in some varieties can be prickly.
