How to take Gentian?

It is recommended to apply as follows:
Internal: 2 to 5 drops in 1 glass of mineral water, 3 to 7 times a day or as needed.
External: the application can be:

-In the bathroom: after placing a splash of lemon in the bath water to cancel the effect of chlorine ionization. Add to the water 21 drops of each essence that you have decided to mix (maximum 10 essences).
-Aerial application: in a 250m3 sprayer, deposit a maximum of 10 essences and 7 to 21 drops of each one.
