We recommend taking between meals (30 minutes before and 2 hours after) as follows: 2 capsules a day with water, to support the body; 3 capsules a day with water, during the cold season.

Amounts per recommended daily dose (2 capsules): Tabebuia bark, for example 159.1 mg (total naphthoquinones 4.8 mg); Uncaria bark powder 159.1 mg; Echinacea angustifolia root powder 118.1 mg; Andrographis Summit. for example, 118.1 mg (andrographolides 11.8 mg); Echinacea angustifolia root, for example, 77.1 mg (in echinacoside 77.1 mcg); Grapefruit seeds, for example, 75.4 mg (total bioflavonoids calculated as hesperidin 37.7 mg); Fermented papaya fruit powder 36.1 mg; Uncaria bark, for example, 36.1 mg (total oxindole alkaloids 1.1 mg).
