How to take Lavandin Super Bio essential oil?
It is recommended to dilute 1 to 2 drops in a teaspoon of honey or vegetable oil, 2 to 3 times a day. In massage: dilute 5 to 10 drops in 15 ml of a neutral vegetable oil, massage the plexus and along the spine. In the bath: dilute 10 to 15 drops, in Disp'arôme, added to hot bath water, before going to bed.
Precautions
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding and for children under 8 years old. Do not use as a replacement for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
