Properties and benefits of Ravintsara Cineole essential oil

The fact that the plant grows in Madagascar gives it a different chemical composition and, therefore, completely different properties than camphor wood, which is the same plant but grows in other latitudes.

How to take Ravintsara Cineole essential oil?

It is recommended 1 to 2 drops per day (i.e. 45 to 90 mg) in a teaspoon of vegetable oil, for 4 to 5 days maximum.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosis. It cannot replace a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Keep out of the reach of small children. Use reserved for adults. Do not use in pregnant or lactating women.
Do not use in people with a history of seizures and/or allergic to essential oils.
Consult a doctor for any therapeutic indication or any oral treatment.
