How to take Primacol nausea?

It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably in the morning. For the occasional improvement of occasional dizziness and nausea (for example, during travel): Take 1 capsule 30 minutes before or during the time of discomfort. In any case, 1 capsule per day is the recommended daily dose.
