It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, accompanied by a glass of liquid.

Composition of Ginkgo biloba
Bulking agent (anhydrous dicalcium phosphate), 50:1 dry extract of Ginkgo leaves (Ginkgo biloba L.) 24% flavonoid glycosides and 6% terpene lactones, capsule (glazing agent: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium stearate).
Per daily dose (1 capsule): Ginkgo extract (130 mg), of which, flavonoid glycosides (31.2 mg), terpene lactones (7.8 mg).
