Green Coffee also has antioxidant properties.
Green Coffee Bean Extract is extracted from unroasted coffee beans and is rich in antioxidants and polyphenols that are lost in roasting. Green coffee is the novelty in diets thanks to its high content of chlorogenic acid, a polyphenolic compound present in many fruits in very small amounts. Green coffee is one of the richest sources of chlorogenic acid and the roasting process of the coffee bean reduces it to caffeic and quinic acid. Chlorogenic acid has been attributed many therapeutic properties, some of them clinically proven. In diets, it increases lipolysis and the feeling of satiety. In hyperglycemia, chlorogenic acid inhibits alpha-glucosidase and glucose-6-phosphatase, delaying glucose uptake and glucose production by the liver. The result is a reduction in insulin release throughout the day. Chlorogenic acid also has cholagogue properties, stimulating the secretion of bile and preventing the formation of gallstones. It has antioxidant properties.

How to take Green coffee?
