Solaray Gymnema is a nutritional supplement based on a woody, climbing plant, common in central and southern India. Its name "gurmar" means "sugar destroyer".
Properties and benefits of Gymnema
Gymnema de Solaray Gymnema leaves contain triterpene saponins, called gymnemic acids that promote healthy sugar levels, restore the Langerhans islets of the pancreas and improve the function of insulin-producing beta cells. It is used successfully as an aid in the treatment of both insulin-dependent and non-insulin-dependent hyperglycemia.
How to take Gymnema?
It is recommended to take with food or with a glass of water.
