Casenfibra Powder is a fast dissolving powdered vegetable fiber food supplement. It can be mixed with semi-liquid or liquid foods without altering its taste, smell, color or texture. The salt content is exclusively due to the sodium naturally present in the ingredients. Fiber with a neutral taste and fast dissolving. The consumption of fibers must be accompanied by an adequate consumption of liquids.

How to take Casenfiber Powder?

It is recommended to dissolve the content of the stick in approximately 200 ml of any liquid that does not contain gas, for example water, juices or milk. Pour the content of the stick first and then the liquid. Mix and wait a few seconds until it dissolves.
It can also be dissolved in semi-solid foods, such as yogurt. It does not alter its texture, smell, color or taste.
A daily consumption of between 1 and 3 sticks (5 g - 15 g) is recommended depending on the diet, age and individual situation. For children under 12 years of age, consult a pediatrician.
It is recommended not to exceed the expressly recommended daily dose.

Precautions

Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
Excessive consumption can cause intestinal discomfort. Avoid consumption together with medicines and other fiber-based food supplements.
Keep out of the reach of little kids.

Storage conditions
