There are two types of fiber:

Insoluble fiber: improves intestinal transit.

How to take Fibramax?

Add a heaping tablespoon to 250 ml of water or juice and stir vigorously to achieve complete dissolution of the product. To improve the dissolution, first add the product and then the water. It can be consumed both on an empty stomach and with food.

Per daily dose:
