How to take Milk thistle with turmeric, artichoke, dandelion and desmodium?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day with plenty of liquid.

Precautions

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced diet. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Keep out of the reach of little kids. In case of liver or biliary function alterations or gallstones, its use is not recommended. Do not use for long periods without consulting your doctor.
