Properties and benefits of Quenching

Vitamin B6 contributes to normal psychological function and normal functioning of the nervous system.

Its active components have been shown to contribute to the proper functioning of the nervous system in cases of stress, anxiety and nervousness, contributing to relaxation and is effective in combating insomnia caused by alterations of the nervous system.

How to take Quenching?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day, one before breakfast and one before dinner. Accompany with a glass of water.
