Sedaplan from Natysal is a herbal preparation with sedative, calming and relaxing properties, traditionally used to improve certain states of stress, nervousness and insomnia, providing a feeling of well-being, also at the same time acting on restorative sleep.

Properties and benefits of Sedaplan

This product contains, thanks to its list of composition, some extremely important ingredients for the rest of the person such as valerian root which is a sedative that contributes to the normal quality of sleep and to create a state of relaxation, so it is used in cases of nervousness, anxiety and insomnia, bitter orange flower that is traditionally used as a light sedative, lemon balm, chamomile and peppermint, and linden.

How to take Sedaplan?

It is recommended to use in case of insomnia adults will take 3 capsules before bedtime or 3 capsules a day. Children: 1-2 capsules.

Precautions

It is recommended to take an hour before breakfast or lunch
