Bamboo fiber (Bambusa bambos L., stem), zinc gluconate, maltodextrin, fructooligosaccharides (Chicory (Cichorium intybus L., root), saw palmetto extract (Serenoa repens), cat's claw extract (Uncaria tomentosa (Willd. ) DC.), Korean red ginseng extract (Panax ginseng Meyer), bulking agent: calcium phosphate (E 341), anti-caking agents: silica (E 551) and magnesium stearate (E 470b).

Zinc gluconate 75mg, Zinc 10mg, Bamboo fiber 666mg, Maltodextrin 414mg, Fructooligosaccharides 333mg, Saw palmetto extract 333mg, Fatty acids 150mg, Cat's claw extract 333mg, Flavonoids 10mg, Korean red ginseng 67mg, Gingenosides 2g (Equivalent to 2g fresh root) 53.6mg.
