How to take Liberum Forte?

It is recommended to take preferably at night.

Composition of Liberum Forte

Dry extract of Boldo leaves (Peumus boldus Molina) titrated at 0.05% in Boldina, Dry extract of Aloe juice (Aloe Vera L.) titrated at 20% in Barbaloina, Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose, Dry extract of leaves of Senna (Cassia angustifolia Vahl) titrated at 6% in Sennosides, Inulin, Dry extract of Mint leaves (Mentha piperita L.) titrated at 0.5% in essential oil, Dry extract of Caraway fruit (Carum carvi L.) titrated at 0.5% in essential oil, Dry extract of Fennel fruit (Foeniculum vulgare Mill) titrated at 0.5% in essential oil, Anti-caking agents: talc, silicon dioxide and magnesium salts of fatty acids.

For 2 tablets:
Boldo (108 mg) which provides Boldine (54 mcg), Aloe (98 mg) of which Barberina anhydrous (18.62 mg), Senna (60 mg) of which Hydroxyanthracene glycosides such as Sennosides B (3.6 mg), Peppermint (37 mg) that provides essential oil (0.185 mg), Caraway (20 mg) that provides essential oil (0.1 mg), Fennel (20 mg) that provides essential oil (0.2 mg), Inulin root Chicory (33.5 mg)
