Properties and benefits of Maca

It has an analgesic effect due to terpenoids and saponins, which gives it a power to relieve pain, and acts as an expectorant and sedative.

How to take Maca?

It is recommended to take 4 tablets a day. 2 tablets with the main meals (lunch and dinner). Do not exceed this dose.
