Mastic gum mastic resin is the resin exuded by the stems and bark of the Mastic tree (Pistacia Lentiscus L.). Originally from the Greek island of Chios, it is present in the maritime areas of the Mediterranean countries where it has been traditionally used for centuries for its healthy antiseptic properties.
How to take Mastic gum mastic resin?
It is recommended to take 3 capsules a day, preferably outside of meals.
