It is recommended to take 3 pipettes (about 2 ml) diluted in a little water, preferably at night.

Escolzia Grass ( California Poppy), Passiflora Grass with Flowers, Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna Jacq.), Black Hawthorn (Crataegus pentagyna W. et K.), Chamomile Flowers, Wild Linden (Tilia cordata Miller), Common Linden (TIlia Platyphyllos scop.), Roots and rhizomes of Valerian.

Escolzia herb (104.4 mg), Passiflora herb with flowers (104.4 mg), Hawthorn (16.3 mg), Black hawthorn (16.3 mg), Chamomile flowers (31.2 mg), Wild linden (13.44 mg), Common linden (3.36 mg), Valerian roots and rhizomes (10.2 mg).
