Description

Bonusan Sleep and Rest has a unique formulation that helps night rest thanks to valerian. Added ashwagandha contributes to normal resistance to stress. This supplement also contains Griffonia simplicifolia (called "the nightcap plant") and passion flower extract.

This uniquely formulated Sleep and Rest product contains even more plants, vitamins and other valuable substances. For example, it contains Griffonia simplicifolia, which is good for brain function. In addition Griffonia contains the precursor substance of melatonin: 5-HTP. The body first converts this substance into serotonin and eventually into melatonin. Vitamin B6 and magnesium, called cofactors, are also involved in this conversion, which, of course, have also been included.

How to take Sleep and rest?

It is recommended to take 2 capsules a day during or immediately after dinner. Unless there is a different advice.
