How to take Root Gentian?
It is recommended for Infusion: place the plant in a porcelain or thermo-resistant glass bowl or cup and add boiling water (150-250 ml), cover and stir from time to time if desired, after 5-10 minutes strain . An infusion will be prepared for the tender parts of the plants such as leaves, flowers, flowering tops, aerial parts, as well as for some properly crushed roots.
