Sage

Description

Food supplement made from plants and fiber. Sage is digestive, antispasmodic and antiperspirant. Relaxes the muscles of the stomach, intestines and ovaries; increases the secretion of bile and gastric juices.

Properties and benefits of Sage

Sage is very useful in gastrointestinal treatments such as intestinal fermentations, flatulence, spasms, slow and difficult digestion, colic and diarrhea. Also, due to this antispasmodic and emmenagogue action, it regulates menstruation and relieves menstrual pain.
Finally, its anti-sweat action; a few hours after ingestion, it reduces excessive perspiration.

How to take Sage?

It is recommended to take two tablets with the main meals.

Precautions

Do not exceed the expressly recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle. Keep out of the reach of little kids. An excessive consumption of polyols can produce laxative effects. Avoid consumption together with medicines and other fiber-based food supplements. An excessive consumption of fructooligosaccharides can cause intestinal discomfort.

Composition of Sage

For 1 tablet:
Fructooligosaccharides (200 mg) (Cichorium intybus L., root), micronized sage leaf (60 mg) (Salvia officinalis L.), 5: 1 extract of sage (30 mg) (Salvia officinalis L., leaf), stabilizer: calcium phosphate (E341), sweetener: isomaltitol (E953), anti-caking agent: magnesium stearate (E470b).
