Properties and benefits of Green Tea

Green tea (Thea sinensis): Traditional from Japan, it is produced by lightly steaming the freshly cut leaves so as not to lose their components and letting them dry. A daily amount of 800 mg or more of (-) epigallocatechin 3-gallate should not be consumed. It should not be consumed if other products containing green tea are already consumed on the same day. It should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, or by those under 18 years of age. It should not be taken on an empty stomach.

Store in a dry, cool place protected from sunlight.

Composition of Green Tea

Green tea dry leaf extract (Camellia sinensis), bulking agent (cellulose), maltodextrin, casing (bovine gelatin) and anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids).
