How to take Plantagen C (Turmeric)?

It is recommended to take two capsules a day.

Composition of Plantagen C (Turmeric)

For 1 capsule:
CurQfen (500 mg)(Turmeric extract (350 mg)(Curcuma longa L.rizoma) providing Curcuminoids (175 mg) combined with Fenugreek Galactomannans (150 mg)(Trigonella foenum-graecum L.). Excipients: Maltodextrin, Dioxide Silicon Gelatin capsule.
